If you are a student, it is a 6 minute drive with no traffic to campus! It is a quiet apartment complex, built recently, very solid and soundproof. I love my apartment but I am moving for a new job and I am looking for someone to move-in on December 1st (ideal) or at the beginning of spring semester (OK too). You would sign your own new lease, so this is not a sublease.
There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the apartment, it is a corner apartment so there is a lot of light, it's a pet-friendly community, and it has very nice appliances/fixtures (brushed nickel) and white doors, so it's really a lovely apartment. Two bathrooms means it would be great for roommates, or for a family, or for someone who entertains regularly. Everything is very bright and well-maintained, and there is even a security system outside the building.
I fell in love with this apartment because it's very solid, bright, fresh, quiet, and well-appointed, and although I work in West Lafayette (on campus) my drive is very short (I even go home for lunch!). It's really the best of both worlds--close to everything you need, yet in a new-ish part of town where your rent is very affordable.
